• You will collect data on customer behaviour, top sellers, slow movers which will be key input for businessreviews <\/li>\n
• Drive client relationships within an omni-channel approach <\/li>\n
• Provide pre-buying feedback onproducts <\/li>\n
• DriveeNPSthrough people experience initiatives andculture <\/li>\n
• Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and Standard operating procedures (SOPs) <\/li>\n
• Ensure click and collect are conducted within SLAs (Service-level agreement) <\/li>\n
• Ensure customer data is properly captured in adherence to marketing teamrequirements <\/li>\n
• Promote loyalty program (MUSE) and stayup-to-datewith app offeringsetc.. <\/li>\n
• Support with in-store marketing events and activations <\/li>\n
• Keep abreast of allbrandsocial media activitiesandcampaigns <\/li>\n
• Drive sell-throughs within the store <\/li>\n
• Support in-store CX initiatives <\/li>\n
• Provide input to what'sworking well\/what'snot working well within thestore <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
