A team of specialists with rich experience in the selection and sale of real estate in Dubai looking for a Broker of first and secondary real estate (no search)!
The company is expanding its staff, due to the increase in client flow!
OUR GOAL IS THE STRONGEST TEAM OF PROFESSIONALS!!!
The incoming flow of customers and a high percentage of transactions allows you to earn as much as you are interested in!
You will:
. Work in CRM, constant updating, databases
. Carrying out telephone conversations with our clients (in Russian, English, Arabic)
. Consulting and finding the best solution in the interests of the client
. Real estate presentations
. Accompanying the client at all stages of the transaction
We expect you to have:
. Experience in the sale of secondary real estate from 1-3 years. (Experience in sales in the Emirates preferred)
. Knowledge of English is mandatory + additional knowledge of other languages is desirable
. Good negotiation and communication skills. Good communication skills
. Energy, perseverance and initiative
. Ability to convince and result-oriented
. Skills for planning and managing your working time
. Preferably residents of Dubai
