Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about a product or service using scripts.<\/p>\n
Answer questions about products or the company.<\/p>\n
Enter and update customer information in the database and take the process orders in an accurate manner<\/p>\n
Handle grievances to preserve the company\u2019s reputation.<\/p>\n
Go the \u201cextra mile\u201d to meet sales quota and facilitate future sales.<\/p>\n
Keep records of calls and sales and note useful information.<\/p>\n
Proven experience as tele sales representative or other sales\/customer service role.<\/p>\n
Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone.<\/p>\n
Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software & ERP system) and telephone systems.<\/p>\n
