    What you will be doing: <\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

    Reporting to the Director of Finance and Business Support, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: <\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

    • Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service <\/li>\n
    • Manage the team for which you are responsible and ensure that they are trained and monitored to carry out the Company\u2019s processes <\/li>\n
    • On daily basis, ensure security of the storage and receiving areas are under your control<\/li>\n
    • To provide HOD\u2019s with accurate delivery note details in order to establish purchasing accruals at the end of the accounting periods<\/li>\n
    • To maintain department stock requirements, identifying shortages in advance and ensuring the order is placed<\/li>\n
    • To check, weigh, temperature probe and store all deliveries appropriately <\/li>\n
    • Ensure all credit notes are requested and received and delivery notes correspond correctly to orders with the correct pricing<\/li>\n
    • To check all storerooms are clean at all times<\/li>\n
    • To review purchase requisitions considering issues such as lead times, standardization, quantity discounts, and purchasing budgets<\/li>\n
    • Conduct market price surveys in coordination with HODs to ensure best pricing<\/li>\n
    • Other Duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      <\/p>\n

      Your experience and skills include: <\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      • Previous experience is an asset <\/li>\n
      • Accounting designation or enrollment required<\/li>\n
      • Previous hotel experience preferred <\/li>\n
      • Familiarity with Financial systems, Opera, Micros, POS, Excel<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
