    What you will be doing: <\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

    Reporting to the Recreation & Spa Manager, responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: <\/p>\n

    <\/p>\n

    • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service<\/li>\n
    • Welcome guests to the pool facility and ensure they have a safe and enjoyable experience <\/li>\n
    • Assist in the cleanliness and the daily upkeep of the pool area<\/li>\n
    • Guard and safeguard all guests\u2019 members using the pool facility<\/li>\n
    • Ensure guests are aware of all services and activities available at the pool<\/li>\n
    • Ensure that proper pool testing has taken place prior to guests using the facility<\/li>\n
    • Ensure all guest are registered prior to using the pool and are aware of the rules of the facility <\/li>\n
    • Provide a high level of guest satisfaction and safety through effective communication <\/li>\n
    • Follow departmental policies and procedures <\/li>\n
    • Follow all safety and sanitation policies<\/li>\n
    • Other duties as assigned<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      <\/p>\n

      Your experience and skills include: <\/p>\n

      <\/p>\n

      \n
      • Previous experience as a Lifeguard preferred<\/li>\n
      • Certification in CPR First Aid required<\/li>\n
      • Certification as a Lifeguard required<\/li>\n
      • Strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities<\/li>\n
      • Highly responsible & reliable<\/li>\n
      • Ability to work cohesively as part of a team <\/li>\n
      • Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
