Monitor financial works of the site by purchases invoices and cash receipts<\/p>\n

Control the site's petty cash, distribute the financial flow according to the project's needs, and settle it with the financial Department.<\/p>\n

Ensure that the financial claims are matching with the sub-contractors accountant.<\/p>\n

Applying all Accounting functions for the site.<\/p>\n

Following up with warehouse inside the site.<\/p>\n

Handling day-to-day accounts transactions.<\/p>\n

Custody and purchases of the site and the stores' movement and extracts of subcontractors<\/p>\n

Verification of bills receivables & payable<\/p>\n

Handling supplier bill payments.<\/p>\n

Files management & knowledge of labor payments.<\/p>\n

Review weekly timesheets, along with the accounting group<\/p>\n

Communicate and report to accounting supervisor for all actions taken.<\/p>\n

Support all administration works
