\u2022Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer engineering, Communication Engineering, or any relevant field.<\/h4>\n

\u20220-2 years of experience<\/h4>\n

Your main duties will be:<\/h4>\n

Adheres to product specific guidelines, procedures, and best practices.<\/h4>\n

Good and rational diagnostics and troubleshooting skills.<\/h4>\n

To be able to understand and help the customer understand Data Center solutions.<\/h4>\n

To be able to generate and follow Dell EMC procedures.<\/h4>\n

To be able to perform level 1 remote support<\/h4>\n

Diagnose system malfunctions to isolate problems to Dell EMC, Vmware other OEM vendors or software and develop appropriate action plans.<\/h4>\n

Perform pro-active and reactive maintenance and hardware FCOs according to established procedures.<\/h4>\n

Adheres to proper escalation procedures.<\/h4>\n

Perform part replacements and hardware firmware (microcode\/FLARE) upgrades as assigned or directed<\/h4>\n

Updates CSI at the completion of an event.<\/h4>\n

Assure complete customer satisfaction by adherence to the following: Prompt onsite arrival time, Technical expertise, Professionalism.<\/h4>\n

Must communicate with customer before, during, and at the completion of the activity. Includes the timely and accurate submission of all associated documentation as well as parts returns within 24 hours of an event.<\/h4>\n

Maintains all assigned spare parts, tools and test equipment.<\/h4>\n

Attends training classes as required to develop and maintain a working knowledge of Dell EMC\/ OEM equipment\u2019s and software.<\/h4>\n

Install Arrays (Storages), Appliances, Switches, Servers, Ethernet, FC, FCoE, iSCS.<\/h4>\n

Troubleshoot test failures to determine if the issue is a test, product or integration.<\/h4>\n
