Job Description
The specific role is to design, develop and implement new banking products and services using advanced technologies through specialized Centre of Excellence forums
To design and develop the future state of business, undertaking measured R&D approach to experimenting new emerging technologies such as Block-chain, Open Banking, Intelligent everything, IOT, Web3 etc., and emerging business trends such as crowd lending, monetizing services, franchise banking, digital only products, and marrying it with applicable business cases, to create and capture value by establishing the thought leadership now.
To implement solutions against the requirements, form the Fintech and Emerging Tech Office
Develop ready-to-market prototypes that can be commercially viable by working internal tech, security, and infrastructure teams
Establish ENBD as a source of innovation in the relevant communities.
Seek and assess channels and media for successful publication to drive ENBD's visibility
Support the FinTech manager in identifying relevant ideas to pitch to business
Technical requirements:<\/p>\n

\n
• Strong background on having worked with latest technologies and developed blue prints of applicability<\/li>\n
• Masters in Computer \/ Design \/ Telecommunications Engineering<\/li>\n
• 3-5+ years of experience in designing, developing, and engineering software solutions. Ideally the candidate should have launched new products successfully<\/li>\n
• Strong programming skills and deep understanding of latest languages and frameworks. Experience working in agile \/ Dev OPS environment is a must<\/li>\n
• Experience working in Lean Startup environments<\/li>\n
• Core Coding Languages – Hands-on experience with one of the three – Python\/ Java \/ Node.js \/ Angular\/ Swift \/ JavaScript \/ GO<\/li>\n
• Database: Postgres OR MongoDB OR Any NOSQL experience <\/li>\n
• Strong expertise in cloud platforms AWS and Azure and hands-on expertise on Docker OR Kubernetes, Cloud\/SAAS, Dev OPS, Serverless<\/li>\n
• Conceptual Awareness – Web3 and Blockchain, Quantum Computing, Embedded Systems and IoT, Robotics, Big Data, Wearable Tech, XAAS, Distributed Ledger Tech (Solidity, web3j)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
