Demonstrates a strong understanding of the supported business areas and associated processes in order to provide timely, cost-effective testing while minimizing risk.<\/li>\n
Demonstrates an understanding of the proposed software solution, through reading, reviewing, and challenging requirements for the project.<\/li>\n
Partners with project leadership and business to review developed plans and scripts, as well as provide a timely and clear status of progress.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

Skills & Tools must have:<\/strong><\/p>\n

BSc in Computer Science or Engineering or a related subject.<\/li>\n
Must have at least 2 years of experience.<\/li>\n
Web, mobile, and API testing experience.<\/li>\n
Ability to work independently, and also mentor others.<\/li>\n
A thorough approach to testing with the ability to dig deeper into issues rather than find and report defects.<\/li>\n
Work experience in software quality control and testing.<\/li>\n
Strong knowledge of software QC methodologies, tools and processes.<\/li>\n
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.<\/li>\n
Knowledge of white box and black box testing.<\/li>\n
Knowledge of automated testing tools for both web and mobile apps.<\/li>\n
Knowledge of performance and security testing.<\/li>\n
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.<\/li>\n
Apply superior analytical, problem identification and resolution skills<\/li>\n
Ability to work in a fast-paced waterfall\/agile\/scrum environment.<\/li>\n
Must have a desire to analyze data, investigate issues, and find answers to questions.<\/li>\n
Strong test design, test planning, risk identification, and communication skills.<\/li>\n
Ability to work independently, ask the right questions, and be the quality champion on the project.<\/li>\n
