Overview of the role:<\/p>\n

The marine service technician will perform maintenance and repairs on Yanmar inboard diesel engines<\/p>\n

Honda outboard engines. The job holder must have high technical skills, experience and knowledge to <\/p>\n

diagnose, repair and install engines. <\/p>\n

What you will do:<\/p>\n

\u2022 Perform Routine maintenance tasks: lubricating, cleaning, repairing, and adjusting parts. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Test and repair Honda outboard engines and its rigging. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Test and repair Yanmar marine diesel engines and transmissions (Yanmar, ZF, Twin Disc…).<\/p>\n

\u2022 Disassemble and reassemble components and refer to service manuals for instructions and specifications.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Use Honda and Yanmar diagnostic systems to precise the malfunction. <\/p>\n

\u2022 Consult with supervisor regarding installation or repair issues, sequence of operations, and time required to complete repair or installation.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Identify the required parts for repair on and ensure the job is properly done from the first time.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Prepare and submit field service reports.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Maintains safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations. <\/p>\n
