Outpatient Supervisor will supervise in checking the outpatient unit assignments. Maintain efficient and effective outpatient unit operations to ensure delight customer service to patients. Duties and Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Ensure customer delight to patients and the day-to-day supervision of the reception staff. Responsible for scheduling staff and shift coverage to ensure reception and administrative duties are accomplished.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Provide reception coverage when needed including when there are staff shortages, train and evaluate job performance of the outpatient team.<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Provide training and otherwise assure that outpatient staff members are properly trained in their duties including but not limited to maintaining current registration process and billing practices<\/p>\n
\u00b7 Familiarized with the billing and explain the financial liabilities to the patients.<\/p>\n
