JOB DESCRIPTION<\/p>\n

• Monitor Last Mile and First Mile Operations and identify improvement opportunities.<\/li>\n
• Capacity Planning for the hubs, coordinating with Planning team and ground Operations<\/li>\n
• Planning, forecasting and operation control through process monitoring.<\/li>\n
• Work closely with Operations (FM & LM), Planning, Design, LH, Central Ops to ensure smooth LM and FM delivery and pickup operations on a day to day basis.<\/li>\n
• Track and drive for continuous improvement across all defined Goals\/KPI\/metrics.<\/li>\n
• Periodic and on time publication of performance data visibility.<\/li>\n
• Deep dive into key areas to identify areas of improvement<\/li>\n
• Gather data and analyze data to arrive at actionable insight<\/li>\n
• Build a culture of ownership and empowerment within Team<\/li>\n
• Develop, mentor and motivate the team for better efficiency and best results.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
