Roles & Responsibilities:<\/strong><\/p>\n

• To investigate and provide technical solutions for issues raised by importers<\/li>\n
• Daily follow up of Open case until completion<\/li>\n
• Evaluation and approval of high-cost Warranty repair<\/li>\n
• Introduction of Best Practice Process<\/li>\n
• Create Newsletters and CQSR Alerts for publication to Importer<\/li>\n
• Vehicle Investigation, Field Investigation<\/li>\n
• Warranty Claim Validation<\/li>\n
• Ability to coach and train<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Experience:<\/strong><\/p>\n

  \n
  • Automotive Engineer (Minimum 5 Year Master Tech ) with Dealer Experience<\/li>\n
  • OEM Trained<\/li>\n
  • Ability to Diagnose complex technical issues.<\/li>\n
  • Ability to manage transversal subjects.<\/li>\n
  • Strong communication skills at all levels.<\/li>\n
  • Technical Training Experience<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
