• Responsible for Performing clinical duties as per his\/her assigned clinical privileges.<\/li>\n
• Responsible for Developing plan of care for patients using evidence-based approach, following standards of care, and documenting the plan of care in patients\u2019 medical records as per policies.<\/li>\n
• Responsible for Ensuring that patients\u2019 plan of care that is put by him\/her is being implemented in a timely manner.<\/li>\n
• Responsible for responding to medical referrals in timely manner as per policies<\/li>\n
• Responsible for Arranging appropriate follow-ups for all of his patients in a timely manner or arranging internal or external referrals as per guidelines.<\/li>\n
• Responsible for conducting education to patients \/Caregivers and engaging them in the plan of care.<\/li>\n
• Responsible for Setting standards and develops systems, policies and guidelines for the clinical and operational management of patients<\/li>\n
• Responsible for represents OneHealth in a positive and professional manner in the community<\/li>\n
• Responsible for Data entry for keeping patient records<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Quality and Safety<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n

  • Responsible for compliance with OneHealth policies and procedures and accreditation standards.<\/li>\n
  • Responsible for demonstrating sensitivity to patient complaints and concerns.<\/li>\n
  • Responsible for Participation in fire drills, and disaster drills<\/li>\n
  • Responsible for maintaining patient confidentiality at all times<\/li>\n
  • Responsible for working with other health care team members in patient care improvement initiatives and activities designed for the improvement of patient care outcomes<\/li>\n
  • Responsible for following the appropriate infection prevention and controlling measures based on the risks of transmission<\/li>\n
  • Responsible for reporting and identifications of defective or broken equipment, safety hazards and environmental hazards.<\/li>\n
  • Responsible for ensuring that the equipment is inspected, maintained, and serviced according to the health facility\u2019s policies, manufacturers\u2019 guidelines<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

      • Higher education: MSc, MD, Fellowship<\/li>\n
      • Minimum of 3 years\u2019 experience within a demanding health care environment or equivalent job role setting<\/li>\n
      • Experience in Teleconsultation is a plus<\/li>\n
      • Arabic and English Language<\/li>\n
      • Understanding of and commitment to the principles, practices and promotion of equality and diversity<\/li>\n
      • Good communication and interpersonal skills<\/li>\n
      • Able to work effectively as an individual or as part of a high functioning team<\/li>\n
      • Effective time management skills<\/li>\n
