Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases and scenarios<\/li>\n
Assist and review test cases and results of peers<\/li>\n
Conduct functional testing based on functional requirement specifications, test cases and scenarios and document test results<\/li>\n
Reproduce bugs reported by clients and document test results and observations<\/li>\n
Execute all levels of testing (system, integration and regression)<\/li>\n
Execute the allocated tasks as per the schedule<\/li>\n
Prepare and review release notes for all releases \/ builds<\/li>\n
Collaborate closely with other team members and departments<\/li>\n
Work closely with the business unit to analyze the user stories and \/ use cases \/ requirements for validity, feasibility and estimation<\/li>\n
Capable of training others in both formal and informal situations and share the functionality knowledge of the module with peers in the department<\/li>\n
Ensure that all testing related activities are carried out as per the defined standards and according to the company procedures.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
Required Skills & Qualifications:<\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s degree is required<\/li>\n
Minimum 5 years of experience in software testing<\/li>\n
Strong verbal and written communication skills<\/li>\n
Must show proficiency in critical and analytical thinking<\/li>\n
Should be detail-oriented, focused and have a lot of enthusiasm with the aim to achieve overall organizational objective<\/li>\n
Understand fluently the business and the various testing tools<\/li>\n
Be a good problem detective<\/li>\n
Technical and business experience is a must<\/li>\n
Capability of working within tight deadlines with attention to details<\/li>\n
Act as a strong team player<\/li>\n
Good time management skills<\/li>\n
Non-functional testing (automation, security and performance) is a plus.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
