We are looking for Sr.Epay SpecialistMin 8+ Years
The candidates should be strong Backend applications
Location : Dubai <\/p>\n

\n
• Work with external stakeholders such as service providers or payment gateways for new integrations, supporting the current integrations or debugging production issues. <\/li>\n
• Support Department of Finance and service providers in case of technical issues or bugs in the systems. <\/li>\n
• Participate in functional testing for new functionalities or integrations, upgrades and hotfixes in accordance with set use cases and health check procedures. <\/li>\n
• Work with the development team to develop the roadmap items such as new integrations, enhancements and new features. <\/li>\n
• Prepare and generate reports requested by the product manager, top management, service providers or the Department of Finance. <\/li>\n
• Monitor the health of the system and work with the concerned teams in case of any production issues. <\/li>\n
• Create user guides for new features <\/li>\n
• Conduct workshops\/training sessions with the service providers <\/li>\n
• Support the Product Manager with the roadmap by researching new solutions, recommending the most efficient and cost-effective solution for the systems\/program design, and keeping industry standards and best practices in mind.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
