Responsible for monthly transactions input, booking through all finance ledgers. <\/p>\n
Ensure proper budget control to ensure that spending does not exceed approved levels. <\/p>\n
Coordinate with other departments such as Human resources, payroll, operations, and sales to ensure that all costs are accurately tracked on a monthly basis. <\/p>\n
Responsible for the reconciliation of all subledgers with GL and with the beginning balances on AX Dynamics. <\/p>\n
Perform monthly transactions booking on timely a manner & monthly reporting on agreed deadlines. <\/p>\n
Collect cost data from suppliers or subcontractors to track material costs as per P&L. <\/p>\n
Monitor and control ongoing customization of MS D365. <\/p>\n
Control and monitor the implementation of finance modules. <\/p>\n
Participate in MS D365 migration with our technology team and assigned consultant. <\/p>\n
Ensure that all financial data and requirements are reliable and ready to go live as per the agreed deadline. <\/p>\n
Support Finance team to solve ERP issues

\u2022 Technically strong in project cost planning, inventory control,
scheduling, and reporting.
\u2022 Ability to handle data from multiple sources.
Education
