Oversee the planning of new or renovated space as required for all facilities.<\/p>\n

Forecast and manage occupancy statistics and metrics for sites.<\/p>\n

Ensures all workspace meets or exceeds all applicable building codes and accessibility requirements<\/p>\n

Direct and conduct space analysis and space use studies associated with requests for new space, altered space, space relocation alternatives, and capital building requests.<\/p>\n

Create safe, effective, efficient, and sustainable and workspace.<\/p>\n

Develop and maintain master space plans for all sites, tied to growth projections and business requirements.<\/p>\n
