Description
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES\/ACCOUNTABILITIES:<\/p>\n

Answering inbound sales calls.<\/p>\n

Responding on sales E-queries such as emails, whatsapp messages.<\/p>\n

Sell stc residential services and product and place customer orders in system.<\/p>\n

Develop and increase customer base.<\/p>\n

Sustain close business relationships with the customers.<\/p>\n

Update database with customer information in every interaction.<\/p>\n

Maintain the existing customers by providing all required support to them.<\/p>\n

Proactively process to call the following categories of customers (outbound).<\/p>\n

Renewal Reminder prior account suspension.<\/p>\n

Retain & Renew expired services.<\/p>\n

Reduce customer churn by providing discounts \/ promotions \/ special offers.<\/p>\n

Sign-up the customers for longer durations – Encourage customers to upgrade their package.<\/p>\n

Offer multiple renewal options (Online \/ Cash Collection \/ Credit Card etc.)<\/p>\n

Conducting Surveys (gather customer feedback on various issues)<\/p>\n

Attending sales events as front desk sales.<\/p>\n

Insuring to service all customer within stc customer experience KPIs.<\/p>\n

Submit weekly, bi-weekly and monthly reports to the Supervisor, Telesales.<\/p>\n

Achieve and exceed sales target as per the business plan.<\/p>\n

To comply with the ISO standards & guidelines
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications:<\/p>\n

Bachelor's Degree.
Language Skills:
* Fluent English and Arabic skills (written and spoken) required.
