A global head of technical services is now needed to join the senior leadership team of an innovative and expanding fintech company. They are a company that specialises in end-to-end digital content products with a focus on B2B opportunities.
Your Responsibilities<\/p>\n

• The MENA, SSA, and European engineering teams will be under the management of the global head of technical services, who will also supervise three regional organisations.<\/li>\n
• To find, qualify, and implement new managed services solutions, you will collaborate with the managed services sales teams.<\/li>\n
• You will needStrong communication abilities and the capacity to work with senior-level clients, sales teams, and delivery executives are requirements for the position.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Your Qualifications<\/p>\n

  • Deliver RFP responses to customers and highlight the company's unique value offer<\/li>\n
  • Arrange technical contract and tender terms and conditions to satisfy client and business requirements.<\/li>\n
  • Develop technical solution architecture and work with the sales team to create an overall winning approach. Perform technical and business requirement gathering from various stakeholders in the client environment.<\/li>\n
  • Comparatively, evaluate different technical solutions in light of customer needs.<\/li>\n
  • Oversee three regional teams totaling 40 engineers and expanding<\/li>\n
  • 7+ years of practical experience developing software<\/li>\n
  • Thorough familiarity with current Java and Node technologies<\/li>\n
  • Track record of successfully designing and completing large-scale technological projects<\/li>\n
  • Proficiency in the most recent front-end technologies, including JavaScript, HTML 5, and server-side JavaScript (node.js, TypeScript)<\/li>\n
  • Experience using a standard CI\/CD infrastructure, such as Jenkins or Gitlab, to develop and release software.<\/li>\n
  • Expertise in relevant compliance and cloud technologies like Azure and AWS<\/li>\n
  • 5+ years of experience managing highly skilled and productive engineering teams<\/li>\n
  • 3+ years in a position interacting with clients abroad<\/li>\n
  • A client-centered strategy<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
