Responsibilities<\/p>\n

Development and implementation of crypto-related products, including but not limited to crypto exchange, fiat gateway, futures, margin, lending, etc.<\/li>\n

Underlying infra\/arch upgrade<\/li>\n

Performance tuning, online incidents troubleshooting, and system refactoring<\/li>\n

Guide junior engineers daily work and do knowledge share, etc.<\/li>\n

Minimum Qualifications<\/p>\n

Bachelor's\/Master's degree in computer science, engineering, or equivalent industry experience.<\/li>\n

Proficient in core java, and familiar with spring framework<\/li>\n

Proficient in MySQL, and familiar with at least one NoSQL DB <\/li>\n

Proficient in distributed system design, and familiar with at least one messaging middleware and the underlying design principles<\/li>\n

Capable to cope with stress, and quickly learn new knowledge<\/li>\n

Good cross-team communication skills<\/li>\n

Preferred Qualifications<\/p>\n

Proficient in spring cloud and microservice design<\/li>\n

Working experience on backend system of large internet company<\/li>\n

Performance tuning experience on JVM, SQL, RPC, etc.<\/li>\n

Financial products related experiences like lending, margin, futures, etc<\/li>\n
