Planning, implementing, and supervising social media, SEO, PPC, link-building, content marketing, and e-mail marketing strategies and campaigns.<\/p>\n

Design, build and maintain our social media presence<\/p>\n

Leading and managing SEO\/SEM, marketing database, email, social media, and\/or display advertising campaigns<\/p>\n

Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)<\/p>\n

Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights<\/p>\n

Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies<\/p>\n

Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests<\/p>\n

Instrument conversion points and optimizes user funnels<\/p>\n

Mastering lead generation and sales conversion<\/p>\n

Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media, and blogs).<\/p>\n

Craft landing pages and lead-gen forms for our content to distribute through relevant paid programs.<\/p>\n

Collaborate with copywriter and design team to propose and develop engaging online content including videos, graphics, and blogs.<\/p>\n

Work with the web development team to optimize copy for search engine optimization.<\/p>\n

Perform ongoing keyword discovery, expansion, and optimization.<\/p>\n

Identifies the right influencers to partner with based on campaign goals.<\/p>\n

Enhancing brand awareness within the digital space as well as driving website traffic and acquiring leads\/customers.<\/p>\n

Pre-campaign analysis and research on audience size, affinity audiences, available advertising tactics, and recommendations for best deployment of available funds.<\/p>\n

Devise B2C (business to consumer) or B2B (business to business) integrated marketing campaigns with the aim of acquiring and retaining customers.<\/p>\n

Support the sales team to develop powerful digital strategies for pitching.<\/p>\n

Develop lead generation strategies to effectively incubate, qualify, and convert leads.<\/p>\n

Know how to make a sales funnel and automation of it.<\/p>\n

Manage, create an educational plan & train the rest of the team.
Job Requirements<\/p>\n

4-7 Proven work experience as a Digital marketing strategist or Performance marketing manager.<\/p>\n

Experience in optimizing landing pages and user funnels.<\/p>\n

Experience in
Real-estate
or
E-commerce

Strong analytical skills and data-driven thinking.<\/p>\n

Mastering lead generation and sales conversion.<\/p>\n
