Escalate major mechanical stoppages to concerned mechanical engineer (30Min+). Partner with mechanical engineer in root cause analysis. Escalate both minor & major electric breakdowns to electric engineer. Ensure production line restart in stable condition after failure. Planned Maintenance\/overhaul Supervise maintenance action plan as per timelines & accountabilities. Report daily progress to maintenance team. Ensure Implementation of CQV to enable line restart in a stable condition. Spare Parts Alert mechanical engineer with consumable spare parts minimum stock. With own team Develop and train own operate maintain technicians to continuously meet set KPIs. Monitor the outsourced labor on line to ensure performing assigned tasks as needed. Others Act as a circle leader as part of the TPM (AM agenda in plant). Meet the set KPIs for all plant\u2019s audit (AIB\/ GESMS). Follow and apply all quality, food safety, EHS guidelines and policies. Qualifications Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Engineering prefer Electrical or Mechanical .
