As part of Meeting Point Tunisia, we are currently looking for a Reservation Agent to contribute to the success of our Team!
Job Purpose Overview
This position is responsible for conducting reservation functions by assisting clients in making, altering and canceling reservations. This position also entails sorting out any reservation related issues and answering any questions clients might have about the reservation process.
Main Tasks and Responsibilities<\/p>\n

System entry of incoming reservations and bookings as per SOP and SLAs.<\/p>\n

Confirm vendor or internal suppler confirmations within agreed timelines<\/p>\n

Identify and communicate any special handling instructions to the relevant operational teams<\/p>\n

Identify any issues with costing or pricing within the reservation \/ booking<\/p>\n

Handling availability and pricing requests received from clients<\/p>\n

Process cancellations, no-shows and booking amendments in line with SOP<\/p>\n

On-Shift support to Contact Centre
What should you bring with you<\/p>\n

Diploma OR High School with a Certificate<\/p>\n

0-2 years of experience in a relevant industry OR 2-4 years of experience in a relevant industry and on-job practical training<\/p>\n

Conversational English Level<\/p>\n

IT and Computer Literacy<\/p>\n

Communication and interpersonal Skills<\/p>\n
