Duties and Responsibilities: <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

prepares, manages and carries out all activities related to financial department s within the policies and procedures set by management, and presents such reports that are stipulated for control and audit. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Reviews of all daily, weekly and monthly reports as well as preparation of Profit & Loss Statement, Balance Sheet and Trial Balance and Bank Reconciliations on a monthly basis. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Maintains Manual Accounts as well as Computerized Accounts such as General Ledger, Purchase Ledger, Creditors ledger, Debtors ledger. <\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Prepares and reviews budget, revenue, expense, payroll entries, invoices, and other accounting documents<\/p>\n

Manages and follows-up Banking transactions including LCs, Guarantees etc and liaison with financial institutions.<\/p>\n

Supervises the activities related to personnel section such as hiring, training, compensations and other activities.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

-Executes any other tasks and responsibilities assigned by Management.<\/p>\n

Qualifications:<\/p>\n

–\tBachelor's Degree in Accounting<\/p>\n

–\tMinimum 2years experience as an accountant, trading companies is a plus.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

Knowledge of MS office applications <\/p>\n

– <\/p>\n

Good command English language; reading, writing, speaking and typing <\/p>\n

– <\/p>\n

Interpersonal and communication skills <\/p>\n

– <\/p>\n

General office management skills like filing, organizing, typing.<\/p>\n

<\/p>\n
