Overall Role Purpose <\/strong>
The jobholder is responsible for managing the Country Manager\u2019s calendar, making appointments and prioritizing the most sensitive matters. In addition to providing all essential administrative support. <\/p>\n

Principal Accountabilities <\/strong><\/p>\n

<\/p>\n

• Act as the point of contact among Senior Managers, employees, clients and other external partners.<\/li>\n
• Filing and retrieving corporate records, documents and reports.<\/li>\n
• Maintain confidentiality of highly sensitive information at all times.<\/li>\n
• Manage accommodation and travel bookings through the nominated travel agents and hotels.<\/li>\n
• Ensure directing & distributing all phone calls and answering back all correspondences in a timely manner. <\/li>\n
• Manage projects and follow-up with team members where required. <\/li>\n
• Provide a high level of professionalism taking into account the consideration that all DHL customers have an express requirement and are looking for instant and immediate action. <\/li>\n
• Maintain thorough knowledge of all departments and DHL network in order to supply correct and accurate information to customers internal and external at all times. <\/li>\n
• Assist with any administration tasks or reports as requested. <\/li>\n
• Manage taking minutes during meetings and run necessary follow-ups. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
