Company
Our client is an investment management holding company that was established in 2008 in Bahrain. They are currently looking for a Junior Accountant to be based in Bahrain.
Duties & Responsibilities: <\/p>\n

\n
• Post and process journal entries to ensure all business transactions are recorded<\/li>\n
• Update accounts receivable and issue invoices<\/li>\n
• Update accounts payable and perform reconciliations<\/li>\n
• Assist in the processing of balance sheets, income statements and other financial statements according to legal and company accounting and financial guidelines<\/li>\n
• Assist with reviewing of expenses, payroll records etc. as assigned<\/li>\n
• Update financial data in databases to ensure that information will be accurate and immediately available when needed<\/li>\n
• Prepare and submit weekly\/monthly reports<\/li>\n
• Assist senior accountants in the preparation of monthly\/yearly closings<\/li>\n
• Assist with other accounting projects<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualification & Requirements:<\/p>\n

  \n
  • BSc\/Ba in accounting, finance or relevant field <\/li>\n
  • Previous experience in Accounting <\/li>\n
  • Must have accounting skills to trial balance level<\/li>\n
  • Understanding of cash flows<\/li>\n
  • Basic knowledge of computer generated accounting and the subsidiary information generated within the companies in which they operate<\/li>\n
  • The ability to communicate, check and control inputs from subcontracted departments operating in the same environment<\/li>\n
  • Ability to work under instruction from the Directors, Administration manager and Finance Manager.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
