Job Description:-<\/p>\n

• Respond and follow-up customer calls to ensure customer satisfaction.<\/li>\n
• Give the best customer centric experience to the customer.<\/li>\n
• Provide personalized indirect customer service by responding to the needs of the each customer<\/li>\n
• Log shipment collection requests.<\/li>\n
• Track customers\u2019 shipments in order to answer customer\u2019s inquiries for updates on products as Express, Domestic, Shop & Ship and personalized.<\/li>\n
• Handle and resolve customers\u2019 complaints and root certain issues and inquiries which are not under the contact center scope of responsibility to the concerned departments\/CMTs.<\/li>\n
• Provides products and service information to customers as needed.<\/li>\n
