Main Duties & Responsibilities:
We are looking for a
Expert Presales Engineer
to work closely with Account Managers and customers. Candidate's main mission will be to support the sales organization in all technical matters regarding pre-sales, sales calls, and post-sales.<\/p>\n

Assist Sales Team in Qualifying Leads & Opportunities<\/p>\n

Managing the full Presales Activities with Sales or directly with client. <\/p>\n

Be the main technical resource on sales calls and answer or educate the customer about Product features, Specifications, and functionalities. <\/p>\n

Preparing & Providing Presentations or Trainings about Products for Customers.<\/p>\n

Responding to RFI\/RFQ\/RFPs from Technical point of view and drive POCs to meet the customer\u2019s success criteria. <\/p>\n

To prepare Technical or\/and Financial proposals.<\/p>\n

To provide High Level Design, Scope of Work, or Bill of material for different products.<\/p>\n

Engage with customer to develop trusted technology advisor relationship.<\/p>\n

Suppliers & Vendors Management and Communications.<\/p>\n

Preparing & Delivering Products Enablement Sessions to Sales Team.<\/p>\n

Ability to create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning network communication systems.<\/p>\n

To provide reports, updates, & info about daily operation to direct Manager. <\/p>\n

Coordinates closely with internal sales, sales support, and service resources to align solution design with customers\u2019 business requirements.
REQUIREMENTS: <\/p>\n

Bachelor\u2019s Degree in engineering Of Computer, Communications, or any IT related field<\/p>\n

6 \u2013 10 Years' experience in Networking, Security (Cybersecurity) or Network Presales Role<\/p>\n

Excellent English written and verbal communication skills<\/p>\n

A self-motivated, independent thinker that can move deals through the selling cycle<\/p>\n

Competitive, Self-starter, Hunter-type mentality.<\/p>\n

High interpersonal & presentation skills <\/p>\n

Strong customer service orientation <\/p>\n

Analytical skills <\/p>\n

Ability to recognize the demands on the side of the clients <\/p>\n

Works closely and collaboratively with the different teams <\/p>\n

Candidate to have Vendors Certifications Cisco Or Fortinet such as CCNP or NSE4<\/p>\n

comprehensive understanding of business models and how they use technology.<\/p>\n

Hands-on experience & solid knowledge in Designing or Implementing Network & Security Solutions and\/or improving the efficiency of current networks.<\/p>\n

Solid Knowledge of the following technologies: Routing, Switching, VPN, LAN, WAN.<\/p>\n

Solid Knowledge in Network Security Solutions such as Next-Generation Firewalls, Intrusion Prevention, Sandboxing, Endpoint, Email, & Web Solutions protection.<\/p>\n

Solid Knowledge in SDN, WAF, SD-WAN, MFA technologies & solutions <\/p>\n

Solid knowledge & understanding of Network protocols TCP, UDP, IP, Routing, OSI.<\/p>\n

Familiar with Cisco, Fortinet, F5 Product & Solutions <\/p>\n

Knowledge of Collaboration Solutions such as IP Telephony, Video Conferencing is preferable
