The opportunity<\/strong>
Project:<\/strong> This is an opportunity to work on one of the largest programmes in Saudi Arabia. This unique project will consist of major mixed-use development including sports facilities, entertainment and arts along with all associated infrastructure.
Mace is currently bidding for one of the several Delivery Partner roles which will require high-calibre and experienced people to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.
Your responsibilities will include:<\/strong><\/p>\n

\n
• Planning, directing, and coordinating the activities of the infrastructure sectors such as utilities, Water, Wastewater, Sanitation and monitor the delivery of public utility infrastructure <\/li>\n
• Having knowledge in planning, operations, construction practices and materials used in design, engineering and configuration of water, wastewater, sanitation etc. <\/li>\n
• Having knowledge in public realm and understanding of pumps, meters, valves, lift stations as well as all testing, reporting required by regulatory bodies necessary for effective and efficient systems. <\/li>\n
• Preparing a variety of reports related to utilities activities. <\/li>\n
• Delivering the strategy of the programme through creation of the right interfaces and interactions <\/li>\n
• Ensuring adequate and appropriate resources for the programme. <\/li>\n
• Ensuring effective communication through the programme and through good stakeholder management. <\/li>\n
• Facilitating the translation of strategy into planning and delivery across the programme. <\/li>\n
• Ensuring appropriate, accurate financial management and control for all projects. <\/li>\n
• Complying with all protocols, policies and procedures in relation to all staff related matters. <\/li>\n
• Promoting continuously and making an influence of a positive safety culture. <\/li>\n
• Providing a coherent report performance against the plan to the client and regional management. <\/li>\n
• Acting as the public face of the programme to external stakeholders. <\/li>\n
• Chairing executive steering group meetings. <\/li>\n
• Providing leadership to balance value, quality, time and cost drives in order to optimise the programme. <\/li>\n
• Directing, inspiring, motivating and encouraging a high performing team environment. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  About you<\/strong>
  You have a relevant degree qualification, masters preferred. You will take personal development seriously and be chartered or pursuing a similar level of professional qualification. You have proven experience in developing and leading teams of people to accomplish public utility.
  You are digitally savvy, can build lasting client relationships and lead strong, motivated teams. You must have experience of programme or project management equating quality and value with individual client and be hungry to grow your career and enjoy the opportunities Mace has to offer. <\/p>\n
