Your Role The sea-logistics customer care specialist is part of the sea logistics sales team. He\/She is responsible for coordinating logistics and transport of selected key accounts supply lines activities, mainly for industrial verticals by : – Shipments handling process from the start of booking stage up to release of goods. – Shipments documentation follow-up, including needed customs clearance procedures, commercial and legal documents – Business development activities and implementation mainly for Sea in addition to other modes, such as air & road. To plan, organize, process, handle and manage a smooth transportation process for selected key customer <\/li>\n
To review, validate and trouble shoot documents discrepancy (such as invoices, purchase order, etc…) <\/li>\n
To be the focal point amongst selected key customers internal departments and stakeholders for process efficiency (Technicians, supervisors, field managers, project managers, purchasing and procurement team)<\/li>\n
To target long term customer retention with a primary focus on customer engagement and relationship management<\/li>\n
To maintain financial administrative tasks, internally and externally<\/li>\n
To process shipment orders timely and accurately covering all system data entry requirements <\/li>\n
To be accountable for customs related information management<\/li>\n

Bachelors \/ First University Degree in Business Administration or Logistics <\/li>\n

Organized with excellent communication and follow up skills<\/li>\n
