• Lead development of Digital AI and NLP services in line with Vodafone Qatar digital domain strategy and roadmap<\/li>\n
• Lead development activities and ensure implementation timelines are successfully achieved<\/li>\n
• Manage deployment and releases, including reviewing deployment guides and procedures<\/li>\n
• Adopt Agile and DevOps best practices and injecting them in the core of delivery DNA<\/li>\n
• Work with the Vodafone Group Digital & Performance Teams to enhance Digital Channels performance and drive standardisation.<\/li>\n
• Design solutions for various problem statements on Digital AI services and implement the solution.<\/li>\n
• Prepare roadmaps and platforms lifecycle as well as plan and execute necessary upgrades on time<\/li>\n
• Support test teams, and business product managers throughout testing phases of the releases.<\/li>\n
• Govern complete deployment cycle of a release by coordinating with stakeholders and ensuring compliance to Vodafone delivery and change management process.<\/li>\n
• Report & highlight to management team any risks or issues in design, build and testing execution.<\/li>\n
• Support operations team in analysing issues reported in live environment<\/li>\n
• Work in close coordination with Business, Finance and Technology peers to deliver projects on time.<\/li>\n
• Accountable for delivering Digital AI Services domain capacity plan with end-to-end ownership of the channel's performance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  • Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Information Technology\/Engineering or another related field<\/li>\n
  • 8+ years of experience in Telecom or IT Sector and Digital AI Services<\/li>\n
  • Experience of AI Conversation tools (IBM Watson Assistant, Dialog flow, AzureBot, wit.ai) and their corresponding service flows<\/li>\n
  • Extensive experience in Node.js, Python development<\/li>\n
  • Experience of cloud native databases like Firebase, MongoDB, and cache tools (memcache, redis)<\/li>\n
  • Experience of Cloud SaaS (Firebase, Google Cloud, IBM Watson)<\/li>\n
  • Experience in integrating Digital AI services with various social channels<\/li>\n
  • Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment frameworks, self-testing builds and releases<\/li>\n
  • Hands on experience with Agile Development Frameworks Preferably Scrum<\/li>\n
  • Analytical skills – to be able to gather and clarify requirements, negotiate the solution with other stakeholders<\/li>\n
  • Leading development activities in Digital AI domain<\/li>\n
  • Core experience of client\/server web technologies<\/li>\n
  • Microservices development and DevOps experience in AI Services<\/li>\n
  • Proven experience of enhancing performance and implementing optimizations for AI services<\/li>\n
  • Familiar with cloud-oriented technologies: AWS, Google Cloud, Dockers, Kubernetes, etc.<\/li>\n
