Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, from requirements definition to deployment, identifying schedules, scope, needed resources, project implementation plans, including risk mitigation
· Leverage internal support and drive collaboration across all areas of marketing and with other departments
· Oversee the daily workflow of the department (e.g., assign tasks, set deadlines, etc )
· Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan
· Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders
· Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
· Maintains knowledge of trends and developments in the market;
· Provides constructive and timely performance evaluations
· Recruits, interviews, hires, and trains new staff in the department
· Handles discipline and termination of employees in accordance with company policy
