Job Description & Specification:
Scrum Master with 4+ years of relevant experience in Agile development including coaching on agile methodologies, Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems or related fields, Expert level proficiency with common project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Teams.. able to Maintain the scrum team capacity plan, scrum board, sprint backlog, velocity charts and burn down charts, Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo and retrospective meetings, Address and eliminate impediments that require support from other teams and guide the team on how to remove impediments and provide appropriate issues escalation to the necessary levels..
