Chief Accountant

Bajjali group is looking hiring a talented Chief Accountant professional to join our team.

Duties and Responsibilities

Manage and oversee the entire accounting team

Summarize and prepare financial status and transactions reports, including a profit and loss statement, and other necessary reports

Create a Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) manual for accounting policy and regulations, and roll out reconciliation procedures

Conduct all necessary training to keep the team's skills and knowledge up to date

Ensure that all necessary documents are requested, collected, and compiled

Monitor and mentor/train junior staff, clerks, and bookkeepers on the SAP program

See that tax consults and on boarding procedures are in place for new clients

Monitor and maintain a new audit system by implementing new policies and procedures in the finance

Maintain highly organized and updated client files

Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve shared goals

Requirements and Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Finance, Account. CPA, JCPA is preferred

A minimum of 7 years of experience including 3 years in the same position

Good Command of English and Arabic- Written and Spoken

At least 3 years of experience in SAP software

Microsoft Office (MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint)

Financial Analysis

Labour Law and Financial Regulations and Legislation

Budgetary Planning

Developing Short and Long-term Financial Strategies
