Job Description :

  • Organize and manage the calendar of the CEO and the executive team.
  • Book meetings, summarize pre-reads and set clear and efficient meeting agendas
  • Attend meetings and take detailed notes. Identify, assign and track action items to completion
  • Draft letters, documents, contracts and proposals in English and Arabic to various stakeholders and institutions
  • Prepare and present presentations internally and externally
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO
  • Organizing small, medium and large scale events
  • Handle and follow up on recruitment and hiring processes
  • Monitor company and team expenditure and propose optimizations
  • Collect, submit and reconcile expense reports for the CEO
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.

Job Requirements :

  • Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
  • 2 – 3 years of experience in an administrative, project management or similar role
  • Highly organized, efficient, presentable, impact-driven, and process oriented
  • Comfortable with Google Drive, spreadsheets and other tools
  • Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders to drive alignment
  • Proficient in spoken and written English and Arabic
  • Personal Skills: Leadership, Self-Motivated, Teamwork, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Result Oriented, Growth Mindset

Work Conditions:

  • From Sunday to Thursday – From 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
  • Friday & Saturday are off
  • Location : Shekh Zayed
