Job Description :
- Organize and manage the calendar of the CEO and the executive team.
- Book meetings, summarize pre-reads and set clear and efficient meeting agendas
- Attend meetings and take detailed notes. Identify, assign and track action items to completion
- Draft letters, documents, contracts and proposals in English and Arabic to various stakeholders and institutions
- Prepare and present presentations internally and externally
- Coordinate travel arrangements for the CEO
- Organizing small, medium and large scale events
- Handle and follow up on recruitment and hiring processes
- Monitor company and team expenditure and propose optimizations
- Collect, submit and reconcile expense reports for the CEO
- Perform other duties as assigned by the CEO.
Job Requirements :
- Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university.
- 2 – 3 years of experience in an administrative, project management or similar role
- Highly organized, efficient, presentable, impact-driven, and process oriented
- Comfortable with Google Drive, spreadsheets and other tools
- Effective interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders to drive alignment
- Proficient in spoken and written English and Arabic
- Personal Skills: Leadership, Self-Motivated, Teamwork, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Result Oriented, Growth Mindset
Work Conditions:
- From Sunday to Thursday – From 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
- Friday & Saturday are off
- Location : Shekh Zayed
