Senior Vice President, B2B Marketing, Cyber & Intelligence
Overview:
The Cyber & Intelligence solutions group (C&I) leads Mastercard’s efforts to develop new customer solutions that build trust in the converging worlds of physical-world payments, digital payments, and cybersecurity.
C&I provides solutions in the areas of cybersecurity, digital identity, artificial intelligence, Internet of Things, and fraud management. Our customers include issuers, acquirers, merchants, processors, governments, and consumers. We are creating competitive advantage for Mastercard through the innovation of highly differentiated new solutions.
C&I has completed several successful acquisitions and inorganic growth continues to be a key element of our future strategy.
This position will report to the SVP Strategy & Marketing and will partner closely with the leadership team of C&I and be responsible for:
• Building a world-class demand generation marketing capability to power future revenue growth for C&I
• Leading the continued development of a pan-C&I Marketing organization that integrates marketing capabilities from each of our acquisitions
• Driving incremental revenue by developing a clear B2B Marketing strategy across the entire C&I business
• Overseeing the design and execution of integrated demand generation programs utilizing all available marketing channels and tactics, including direct/outbound marketing, SEO/SEM, in-persona and virtual events, webinars, advertising, industry research downloads and content syndication, trade media sponsorships, channel marketing programs, and targeted media relations.
• Building a unified marketing and messaging platform to position Mastercard’s C&I Services as industry leaders
Role
• Lead marketing program strategy, implementation, customer targeting, activations, lead generation activities, channel and partner marketing.
• Design a comprehensive demand generation strategy, which includes plans for verticals and market segments
• Collaborate with C&I product teamsg to position our features and innovation to benefit new and existing customers and differentiate the company from competition.
• Partner closely with the Sales team to ensure alignment on strategy, resources, messaging, and KPIs.
• Working closely with Mastercard communications team members, lead development and execution of awareness-building programs including advertising, public relations, analyst relations and social media.
• Build out a solid sales support infrastructure that includes online, printed content and sales tools kit (ROI, use cases, templates).
• Increase thought leadership and brand recognition within our potential customer base, analyst community and relevant segments
• Lead a global team of 20+ marketing experts
