الوصف الوظيفي
1. Work closely with Manager Recruitment / Chief HR Officer to implement appropriate recruitment policies and procedures / guidelines laid down by company.
2. Contribute in the recommendation and design of effective recruitment strategies such as use of ability test batteries, psychometric testing and recruitment assessment centres.
3. Place advertisements on various job portals and source potential candidates through multiple channels including – but not limited to: direct phones sourcing, networking, employee referrals etc.
4. Seek out appropriate recruitment agencies, initiate negotiation of relevant placement contracts and evaluate their quality of services.
5. Regularly scan recruitment database for potential candidates.
6. Carry out screening/shortlisting of profiles at the initial level against the job specifications/requirements.
7. In coordination with senior HR Management and other function heads, prepare schedule of tests/interviews for shortlisted candidates.
8. Brief candidates about the job requirements, check their willingness, salary drawn and salary expected, date of joining, and any legal commitment towards the present organization.
9. Keep track of the market and industry trends in order to recommend any shift in recruitment strategies.
10. Conduct employee background verification checks.
11. Monitor continuously to ensure that new staff intake is kept within the budgeted levels and due approvals are obtained in case of exceptions.
12. Participate in management and/or evaluative meetings on specific areas relating to recruitment.
13. Update the concerned managers on the status of their recruitment activities for their function on a periodic basis or as needed.
14. Prepare periodic reports (monthly/quarterly) on recruitment efficiency and effectiveness for the senior HR Management.
