Senior Accountant
الوصف الوظيفي
The ideal candidate will have substantial exposure to monthly closing processes, forecasting and budgeting, and VAT returns. They will be organized and approach each issue with an analytical mindset.
Responsibilities
Ensure business transactions are reported in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles
Work closely with finance manager to assist with the month-end close
Assist with the annual audit process including the draft of the financial statements and related notes
Research and analyze expense variances for company management
Qualifications
3+ years' of professional accounting experience in UAE
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or Economics or equivalent experience
CA preferred
- Experience in Real Estate Developer Industry is a plus

- Knowledge of finance, accounting, budgeting, and cost control principles.
- Ability to interact with the company's management and other departments in a clear and concise manner.
- A keen eye for minute details coupled with an instant ability to make sound decisions.
- Reporting Skills
- Proficient use of Microsoft Office and its applications.
