Job Description

Description:
a) Your main responsibilities will be assisting in the planning, design, documentation and implementation of various systems to include Pc's, servers, network equipment and software applications.
b) To develop, maintain and monitor procedures for all server backups.
c) To troubleshoot pc and give solutions as per the required.
d) Assist in the organization and inventory of all hardware and software resources.
e) To install and update all games, movies, software on server, to look into customer requirements and do the needful.
f) Maintain excellent communication with the customers and ensure proper communication.
g) Perform remote and technical support when required.
h) Perform other duties as assigned.
i) Follow duties assigned by the supervisor.
j) Work under pressure
k) Shift Work
l) Must be In UAE (for interview)
