Civil Engineer
The overall scope is to ensure the efficient operation of the Engineering department supporting all other operating departments. This includes supplying services as required by the entire operation and maintaining equipment, building, and grounds in optimum condition.
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest rooms maintenance & Ken Fix it Program.
- Building repair & maintenance
- Handling projects
- Preventive maintenance software
- Selecting the best material quality
- Controlling cost control and meet Repair and maintenance budget
Additional responsibilities and tasks can be added at any time according to the needs of the business and of the hotel.
