They are currently looking for a Training Management Lead to be based in Saudi Arabia.
Duties & Responsibilities: 
- Create a training strategy to meet workforce training needs and manpower ramp up programs for all port activities
 - Develop and manage training plans for cross functional workforce that incorporates Sea Mobility's business plan, operational processes, activity areas and strategies to deliver a capable workforce
 - Create processes and procedures that can be used cross functions to support a continuous learning environment with transparency and accountability
 - Create specific training programs across all workforce categories that include materials, assessments based on knowledge of identified training needs, company operation processes, procedures, services, etc.
 - Select appropriate instructional procedures and methods such as individual training, group instruction, self-study courses, lectures, demonstrations, simulation exercises, role play and computer-based training.
 - Conduct needs analysis studies and confers with shift managers, terminal supervisors and training coordinators to determine training needs.
 - Select and manage resources, including working with internal employees and training vendors to develop and deliver training.
 - Organize and develop training manuals, testing and evaluation procedures, and educational material.
 - Develop and manage the training and resources budget/ROFO.
 - Train assigned instructors and supervisory personnel in effective techniques for training, such as new employees orientation, on-the-job training, management development, and adaptations to changes to policies, procedures and technologies.
 - Work with the operations management lead to identify & plan the development of staff with high potential to ensure fast track growth for such staff to facilitate retention.
 - Oversee the preparation of position descriptions, such as new and those that require updating and revisions.
 - Ensure completion of job analysis questionnaires, performs job analysis as required, and refers jobs for job evaluation as appropriate.
 - Provide leadership and direction with respect to the company's performance management system.
 - Ensure performance appraisals are completed as required, in accordance with policy, and assists managers and supervisors in their preparation whenever required.
 - Manage and communicate employee engagement system & methodology to all workforces.
 - Develop self, and always maintain knowledge in relevant field.
 - Ensure compliance with policies and procedures for health and safety at work available within Port Terminal.
 
Qualification & Requirements:
- University degree preferably in Business Administration, Psychology or Industrial Engineer sections.
 - Good knowledge of HR and min 5 years of experience in training planning and facilitation.
 - Knowledge in container terminal operations.
 - Knowledge in KSA Labor law.
 - A good understanding of blue-collar organizations and heavy industry business terms.
 - Ability to work independently and on multiple initiatives at the same time would be an excellent project manager.
 - Proven ability to resolve issues in stressful environment.
 - Ability to work effectively cross-functionally.
 - Exceptional communication, organizational skills and research skills.
 - Must have extensive knowledge of instructional practices, including teaching materials, testing, and course content.
 - Requires a high level of planning and organizational skills.
 - Requires good verbal and written communications skills in English, in addition to effective interpersonal skills.
