Russian Speaker Property Agent

Income – 40,000AED-60,000AED (every month)..

Blue Collection Real Estate is looking for competent & experienced Russian-speaking Sales Consultants to contribute in generating sales for the company.

The company offers property sales, property leasing and investment advisory to broad selection of properties in the Emirates, from apartments with gleaming waterfront views to luxury penthouses and mansions.

Qualifications:

1. Oversee our fast-growing Russian-speaking Clientele Network;

2. Good command in the Russian and English languages;

3. Remarkable presentation and communication skills;

4. A millennial winning personality intensified by offline & online sales skills;

5. Tech-savvy with contagious confidence & social media drive;

6. A natural advocate of wealth management, luxury lifestyle and entrepreneurial success;

7. Commendable business ethics founded in honesty, integrity, loyalty and customer satisfaction;

8. Highly intelligent, a reader that acknowledges the importance of research and evaluation;

9. Self-motivated, goal-oriented and responsible.

10. Must have valid UAE driving license and own vehicle

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Guide sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property investments with the best solutions;

2. Assess clients’ needs and provide solutions that suit their persona;

3. Perform a comprehensive comparative market analysis to evaluate properties identified for the client;

4. Intermediate negotiation processes and advise clients based on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legalities and all other related matters with transparency & honesty;

5. Create educational & promotional social media contents.
