job title: logistic & Purchasing Senior Officer (Senior Level)

Company: Arab United Food (AUF)

Roles and Responsibilities:

– Handling the Company international procurement process

-Plan the supply all over the international procurement items

-Prepare all the supply chain reports and dashboards

– responsible for the deliverables of the Logistics Activities and review the status of the shipments

– Leading new suppliers sourcing and contracting

– Receive and arrange Purchasing requests from all departments

– Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.

– Building and maintaining long-term relationships with vendors and suppliers

Minimum Requirements:

– 3-5 Years of experience in the same field (FMCG is preferred)

– Bachelor’s degree in Logistics Sciences, Business Administration or any related field

– Professional certificate in Supply Chain (preferred)

– Must have advance MS Office skills

– 1-2 years of experience using ERP system

– Excellent communication skills in English, written and spoken
