Project Manager – New Businesses
New Businesses – Oman, OM – Full time – 739 The Project Manager | New Businesses (PM | NB) will be responsible on delivering New Businesses project on time within the scope. The PM|NB would be responsible for selecting, sealing and developing the partnerships with the best shops in the new businesses segment InstaShop has secured a position in. He / She will be working closely with the cross functional team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. InstaShop, headquartered in Dubai, is the leading online marketplace for supermarkets, pharmacies, pet shops & other businesses in the Middle East. With a young & motivated team & an office resembling the ones of startups in San Francisco, InstaShop is the right company for individuals passionate about adding value within a fast-growing technology company.
Primary responsibilities
· Extend the network of affiliate shops
· Build and maintain a comprehensive database of shops and contacts
· Identify new ways of approaching stores | vendors and convincing them to partner with InstaShop
· Assist and cooperate with other project managers
· Provide feedback towards improving the applications and the processes of the company
· Liase with the vendors to ensure smooth operations and build relationship
· Devise business development techniques and tactics
· Plan, organize, and execute development programs for new businesses
· Share insights and activities of competitors with Marketing Analyst
Requirements
· Excellent sales and business development skills
· Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
· Excellent written, and verbal communication skills in English
· Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
· Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
· Business or engineering related bachelor/masters preferred
