- Proven working experience as a Data Analyst (3+ years)
- Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques.
- Strong knowledge of and experience with databases (SQL etc.), programming (ETL frameworks).
- Knowledge of statistics and experience using statistical packages for analyzing datasets (Excel, Tableau, SAS etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify
- opportunities for improvement.
- Familiarity with our industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication skill in terms of both verbal and written.
- Bachelor degree in relevant discipline.
