One of the mega giga projects of Vision 2030 in Saudi Arabia.
Job Description

Developing end-to-end learning journey of procurement staff.
Create procurement KPIs and dashboards to support deliverables.
Improves source-to-pay (S2P) work flow automation.
Continues to drive the transformation agenda and ensures procurement team is trained on newly-changed systems to support the Change Management programs.
Drives continuous improvement of processes and systems.

The Successful Applicant

Experienced in implementing capability development, training, and change management programs.
Knowledge in procurement processes and a good track record in S2P processes.
Knowledge in procurement technologies (SAP-Ariba, S/4 HANA).
Prior experience in category/sourcing management is preferable.
