Implementing the directions of Manager in the Client buildings, and monitoring and coordinating all activities related to planning and scheduling the quality assurance of Electrical services.
Maintain regular maintenance on all electrical equipment, components and installations.
Provide a safe working environment for members, and ensure the prevention of accidents caused by electricity and accidents.
Recommend replacement for old or faulty electrical components or fittings to the management.
Ensure that equipment's are in good working order so as to prevent disruption of activities.
Supervising periodic and preventive maintenance.
Evaluate electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing and conducting research programs; applying knowledge of electricity and materials.
Oversee troubleshooting and maintenance activities in disciplines.
Supervise the operation and maintenance of low voltage systems, including intrusion, electrical panels, Access control / intrusion detection Video surveillance Fire alarm Clock systems ,access control, CCTV, DAS, LAN and Wi-Fi networks, etc. for commercial and multi-family applications and review of electrical loads, Digital Signals Develop cabinet designs, jack field layouts, etc.
Checking cables, connecting transformers cables.
Supervising the isolation and activation of Mid. voltage and high voltage motors, transformers, power stations and accepting electrical work permit, transformer measurements without power and cable.
Supervise preventive and corrective maintenance and troubleshooting and test all electrical equipment at the coal-fired power plant to maintain availability and reliability.
Ensure the installation, maintenance and monitoring of systems status.
Supervising the operation and maintenance of various systems including grounding, study and reporting calculations (grounding, lighting protection, AC / DC load studies, etc.), cable size change / routing, power modeling, site performance, etc.
Supervising the operation and maintenance of generators, transformers, circuit breakers, arresters.
Characterizing HV circuits and components.
