JOB DESCRIPTION

• Responsible for technical Gaps Fulfillment. ability to study current state and Target state to find gaps and fill it with suggested projects (Strategy) .
• Responsible for technical Target State Implementation, after studying the current state he has to be able to develop future state based on the technology trends (Strategy).
• IT Service Management, has knowledge in ITSM and to develop IT services and raise their maturity (Strategy).
• IT Governance (Strategy), Knowledge in IT governance (Cobit framework).
• IT Strategy Process Manager and IT Strategy Process Implementation, has knowledge in IT strategy processes such as operating model processes and governance and change x management models processes.
• Responsible for process Design and Reengineering.
• Enterprise Architect (Strategy), has knowledge in Togaf framework.
• Project Management (Strategy).

QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in IT Strategy (Refreshment/Implementation), is a must
• Experience in IT Service Management, preferred
• Experience in IT Governance, preferred
• Certificates: ITIL Expert, COBIT 2019, PMP, TOGAF, CGEIT
