Brand Manager – Cosmetics
Job Purpose
Responsible for leading all operations related to Mohamad Naser Al Hajery & Sons cosmetics Brands in Kuwait and ensuring commercial development, maintaining an efficient and effective operational structure and attaining positive financial results. Responsible for ensuring that all operations are implemented in line with the Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery & Son’s strategic direction, policies and procedures.
Key Roles and Responsibilities
Strategy Formulation
- Develop the strategic objectives and KPIs related to Mohamad Naser Al Hajery & Sons cosmetics Brands operations, Kuwait, in line with Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery & Son’s overall business Strategy and ensure timely and accurate achievement of these objectives.
- Review the operating results of Mohamad Naser Al Hajery & Sons cosmetics Brands and follow-up to ensure appropriate measures are taken to correct insufficient results.
Budget & Cost Control
§ Develop Mohamad Naser Al Hajery & Sons cosmetics Brands Operation’s budget and maintain approved budget to ensure all activities are within the assigned budget by setting the required targets and responsibilities.
Brand Management Activities
- Direct Mohamad Naser Al Hajery & Sons cosmetics Brands operations while ensuring commercial development, maintaining an efficient and effective operational structure and attaining positive financial results in line with the set policies, procedures and standards to achieve the overall strategic Business Objectives of Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery & Sons.
- Manage Mohamad Naser Al Hajery & Sons cosmetics Brands Sales to ensure that Budgeted Sales Vs. Actual Sales is within an acceptable range and direct Management is kept up to date of said Sales Progress.
- Ensure that actual performance is in line with the projected business goals, in order to identify any deviations, and recommend the appropriate action plans accordingly.
- Develop a successful Commercial Development strategy for Kuwait and ensure an efficient and effective implementation of the same.
- Identify new business opportunities through creating new communication lines with key stakeholders and customers in order to increase Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery & Son’s market share.
- Coordinate with the Supply Chain Division regarding logistics operations and warehousing activities for all Mohamad Naser Al Hajery & Sons cosmetics Brands Products.
- Ensure all Retail Channels specified by Mohamad Naser Al Hajery & Sons cosmetics Brands, including all cosmetics Retail Chains and Wholesale are being covered by Mohamad Naser Al-Hajery cosmetics Team.
- Ensure to complete regular analysis of cosmetics competitors in the market, including any new trends within the specified sales channels.
- Ensure that any potential gaps in the market found, due to the market analysis, are detailed and referred back to Mohamad Naser Al Hajery & Sons cosmetics Brands, in order to take the necessary action.
- Ensure continuous Business Development efforts for Mohamad Naser Al Hajery & Sons cosmetics Brands and communication of any new opportunities that may exist within the Market
- Ensure that all Sales Data, Product Performance Data, Sales Vs Budget and all other relevant information is well prepared, accurate and ready on time, for the Bi- Yearly Mohamad Naser Al Hajery & Sons cosmetics Brands Performance Reviews.
- Maintain a strong relationship with all customers in order to increase Mohamed Naser Al – Hajery & Sons client base, thus positively impacting the bottom line results.
- Perform ad-hoc and other duties related to the job as assigned by the Direct Manager.
Reports
- Review and present reports on budget activity, including the identification of potential problems and recommendations for corrective actions, forecast trends and make recommendations accordingly.
- Generate reports or financial information as needed by the Direct Management or the Finance Department.

Job Requirements
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor Degree in Business Management or related field.
- Master’s Degree in Business Administration would be an advantage
Work Experience
§ Minimum of 6 – 8 years of experience in the same or related field.
